About Romel General Trading PLC

Romel General Trading PLC is recruiting sales representatives to support its regional sales operations across the listed locations in Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• Driving sales performance and meeting assigned sales KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, agents, and potential influencers.
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through networking and market research.
• Coordinating with marketing and other sales teams on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
• Monitoring market conditions, sales trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
• Preparing daily sales activity and performance reports.
• Following up on customer orders, payments, and collections.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Applicants with 0–3 years of experience may apply.
• Relevant sales experience is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Willingness to reside and work in the assigned sales area.
