Available Positions

1. Senior Cyber Security Architect

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in information security/cybersecurity, including 3 years in telecom.
  • Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, Azure Security Engineer, CCNA, NSE‑4/6.
  • Expertise in network, endpoint, and cloud security (hybrid environments).
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT frameworks.
  • Knowledge of system administration and OS hardening.

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Specialist – Cyber Security Architect

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, with 2 years in cybersecurity.
  • Skills in network, endpoint, and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT frameworks.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP‑Security, CCIE Security.

3. Specialist – Big Data Development & Operations (Contract)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years as a full‑stack developer (web & mobile).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS), REST API integration, Git, DevOps.
  • Experience with hybrid mobile apps (PWA, bridge scripts).
  • Understanding of security by design principles.

4. Specialist – Digital Channels Development & Operations (Contract)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering.
  • 3+ years in IT/telecom environments (strategy, design, optimization, support).
  • Knowledge of Arista Datacenter Networks, routers, switches, NG firewalls (Cisco, FortiGate, Huawei).
  • Load balancer configuration (F5, Radware, Citrix).
  • IPsec configuration and troubleshooting.
  • CCNA or HCNA certifications desirable.

5. Specialist – Business Intelligence Development & Operations (Contract)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse design, OLAP, ETL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS).
  • Strong SQL querying and reporting skills.

6. Manager – Consumer Insight & Analysis

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–8 years in commercial performance management, CVM, pricing, or data analytics (telecom preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, data warehousing, ETL.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom KPIs (ARPU, churn, customer segmentation).
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
