Open Position

Position 1: Software Developer (HubSpot & Clay Integrations)

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Hybrid/Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom integrations with HubSpot APIs
• Build advanced automation workflows using Clay
• Design and implement CRM data pipelines and synchronization processes
• Integrate third‑party tools such as email platforms, data providers, and payment systems
• Develop backend services to support marketing and sales automation
• Optimize CRM data architecture and ensure data accuracy
• Create dashboards and reporting systems for business intelligence
• Troubleshoot system errors and integration issues
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development
• Technical Skills: HubSpot (API, workflows, custom objects), Clay automation workflows, JavaScript/Python/Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Soft Skills: Problem‑solving, analytical thinking, strong communication skills

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• HubSpot certifications
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Experience in CRM architecture or RevOps systems
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools
• Experience with international clients
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
