1. Architect – Fintech Solutions
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Working knowledge of technical domains including VAS, Charging, CRM, and Digital Financial Services.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale and complex IT/telecommunications customer solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience.
- Certification in Solution Architecture is an advantage.
- Cloud expertise certification is an advantage.
2. Software Engineer – Fintech Operations
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of networking and system administration, particularly Unix/Linux.
- Software development skills in Java, Python, AngularJS, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations processes and Agile methodology.
- Scrum fundamentals certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS or GCP are an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes is an advantage.
3. Software Engineer – Fintech Digital Channels
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong experience with Kotlin and JavaScript, including frameworks such as Flutter.
- Experience developing and maintaining Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with Flutter is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MVVM/MVP architecture and Android Jetpack components.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, and Room Database.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Experience with APIs, Retrofit, and JSON parsing.
- Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM).
- Familiarity with dependency injection tools such as Hilt and Dagger.
- Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
- Understanding of web security principles including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.
- Knowledge of Google Play Console, application submission, and release processes.
- Experience preparing applications for App Store submission, including provisioning profiles and certificates.
- Ability to monitor and resolve application crashes, performance issues, and user feedback.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps tools.

4. Software Engineer – Fintech Integration
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of professional coding experience outside university.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Spring MVC, JEE, Maven, and Spring Cloud.
- Strong Java programming skills; C# or Golang experience is an advantage.
- Experience with integration technologies including APIs, web services, and message queues.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and scalable, elastic platforms.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, testing, and CI/CD automation tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, JMeter, Git, Stash, SonarQube, and GitOps.
- Experience building microservices using cloud services and serverless architecture.
- Ability to build cloud-native and cloud-ready Java solutions.
- Strong understanding of Docker containers and Kubernetes or other container schedulers.
- Understanding of SOAP and REST APIs and Swagger UI.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as SonarQube and JUnit.
5. Chief Customer Operations Officer (Chief COPs)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Engineering, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related discipline.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in customer operations, service delivery, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role involving substantial scale and complexity.
- Experience leading customer operations across areas such as contact centers, retail service, digital care, back office, mobile financial services, or enterprise service management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation involving people, processes, technology, automation, and outsourced partners.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and mobile financial services.
- Experience with operating budgets, commercial contracts, vendors, workforce capacity, and service-performance commitments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, omnichannel service, workforce management, quality assurance, knowledge management, analytics, and automation.
- Strong executive-level communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and decision-making skills.
6. Corporate Account Manager – Direct Sales
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in service and/or customer management for major corporate clients.
- Commercial understanding of technologies and products offered by the company.
- IT industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, or CCNA are an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and local-language communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage customer pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.

7. Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM)
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud delivery, integration, or senior application ownership experience.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more relevant modules.
- Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and relevant modules, including Core HR.
- Working knowledge of Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Advanced experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with role-based security, data roles, segregation of duties, audit controls, and secure integration design.
- Experience with data migration, environment management, quarterly update testing, release management, incident/problem management, and production support.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, source control, automated testing, IT service management, and enterprise architecture governance.

8. Program Manager – Network Deployment
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of project/program management experience.
- PMP certification or similar qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with telecommunications rollout or technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience with telecom networks and power solutions.
- In-depth understanding of telecom power and network components.
- Knowledge of power and TI connection procedures, permits, and integration with telecommunications infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electrical safety codes applicable to telecom site deployments.
