Job Summary

TradeEthiopia Group is urgently seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officers to join its growing team. The role involves driving sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver effective solutions in a competitive market. Fresh graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Recruit, train, and support sales employees
• Call potential customers to explain products and encourage purchases
• Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and complaints
• Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences
• Provide feedback to product developers on improvements and market needs
• Analyze competitors’ products and market performance

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred

Experience

• 0–1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)

• Knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
