About the Role
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling insurance products. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals eager to build a career in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing:
- Identify and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Present and explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Support clients in selecting suitable policies based on their needs and financial capacity.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long‑term client relationships with excellent service and follow‑up.
- Assist with policy renewals, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Act as a trusted liaison between clients and the company.
- Performance & Market Analysis:
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to senior managers.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
- 0–1 year of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Certification in insurance is an added advantage.
