Position Overview
Bingham Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Secondary School Principal to provide visionary leadership for both the Middle and High School divisions. The successful candidate will ensure academic excellence, foster spiritual growth, and support the holistic development of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the Secondary School in line with Bingham’s strategic plan.

Oversee teaching and learning, curriculum development, and academic standards.

Provide professional development, mentorship, and training for secondary teachers.

Develop and maintain effective systems and structures for students, staff, and parents.

Ensure the Cambridge Curriculum and other programs are delivered with excellence.

Create an environment that integrates a Christ-centered perspective into all aspects of school life.

Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, planning, and admissions.

Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).

Valid teaching license or certification.

ACSI leadership certification (or willingness to obtain while in the role).

Proven experience in educational leadership.
