1. Deputy General Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Management, Cooperative Management, Public Administration, Project Management or related fields
- Experience: 3 years (MA) / 7 years (BA), with 2 years SACCO-related; Islamic financing experience is a plus
- Responsibilities: Policy formulation, strategic planning, HR management, overall administration
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: General Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
2. Operation Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Management, Cooperative Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields
- Experience: 2+ years (MA) / 8 years (BA), all SACCO-related; Islamic financing experience is a plus
- Responsibilities: Oversee operations, implement strategies, improve systems, manage HR
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: General Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
3. Saving and Credit Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Management, Business Management, Cooperative Management or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (MA) / 8 years (BA), 4 years SACCO-related, 3 years Islamic financing (credit management)
- Responsibilities: Loan review, compliance, collections, credit analysis, staff supervision
- Contract: 2 years (renewable)
- Reports to: General Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
4. Finance Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (MA) / 8 years (BA), 4 years SACCO-related, 3 years Islamic financing
- Responsibilities: Financial systems, IFRS compliance, reporting, advisory, resource mobilization
- Contract: 2 years (renewable)
- Reports to: General Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
5. Marketing, Communication & Capacity Building Senior Officer
- Education: MA/BA in International Relations, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Management or related fields
- Experience: 2+ years (MA) / 6 years (BA), 3 years SACCO-related; Islamic financing experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong communication, writing, organizational, multitasking abilities
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: General Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
6. Saving Mobilization & Member Relations Officer
- Education: BA in Marketing, Management, Cooperative Management, Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields
- Experience: 5 years total, 3 years SACCO-related; Islamic financing experience is a plus
- Responsibilities: Mobilize deposits, market products, engage members, prepare saving sheets
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: Operation Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
7. Accountant & Cashier
- Education: BA in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting or related fields
- Experience: 5 years (BA), 4 years SACCO-related
- Responsibilities: Financial records, cash handling, reporting, Peachtree knowledge required
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: Finance Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
8. Messenger & Cleaner
- Education: Grade 10+ completion
- Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant
- Responsibilities: Deliver packages, office cleaning, waste disposal
- Contract: 1 year (renewable)
- Reports to: Operation Manager
- Salary: Negotiable
