About the Role

The Senior Credit Portfolio Recovery Officer is responsible for minimizing losses by recovering debts from non‑performing loans (NPLs) and restructuring distressed accounts. This senior role involves managing high‑risk portfolios, overseeing junior recovery staff, and coordinating with legal teams to enforce security interests.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the banking industry, including at least 2 years as a Credit Appraisal Officer or in a related position.
• Skills: Strong background in accounting, credit analysis, and debt recovery.
