1. Graduate Bank Trainee
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Fresh graduates welcome
- Location: Adama City, Furi & Markato Area Branch, Danod, Malkadida, Gashamo, Marsin & Bokh

2. Reconciliation Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years in banking, including 2 years as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa

3. Customer Service Supervisor
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Location: Bokh & Jarati

4. Branch Manager
- Qualification: Master’s or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 6–8 years in banking operations, including 2 years as Branch Manager Grade III or equivalent
