Available Positions

1. Customer Service Officer I/II

Education:

• Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields

Experience:

• Customer Service Officer I: Minimum 2 years
• Customer Service Officer II: Minimum 3 years

Place of Work:

• Sheger Microfinance branches in Addis Ababa, Sheger City, and Ambo

2. Junior Customer Service Officer

Education:

• Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year

Place of Work:

• Sheger Microfinance branches in Addis Ababa City

3. Accountant I/II

Accountant I

• Education: Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years

Accountant II

• Education: Level IV / BA / MA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields
• Experience: 0–3 years
