1. Customer Experience Support Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields

Experience: 3+ years in customer service, call center, or complaint handling

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, reporting, and analytical skills; CRM familiarity an advantage

2. Junior Legal Officer

Qualification: LLB Degree in Law

Experience: 1–2 years relevant work experience

Skills: Knowledge of Ethiopian laws and court procedures, communication, and drafting skills
