Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements.
Education:
A Diploma or Certificate in any of the following fields:
- Hotel Management
- Front Office Operations
- Hospitality Supervision
- Secretarial Science & Office Management
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration
- Education
Experience
Relevant work experience in customer service-related operations is advantageous.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, writing, comprehension, and conversation.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Arabic, or Chinese is highly advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good computer application skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the products and services provided by the hotel.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments.
- High flexibility with working hours.
