1. Junior Electrical Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Experience: Not required
Educational Requirements
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from a public or government university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.6.
- Must have graduated in 2026.
Experience Requirements
- No prior professional experience is required.
2. Sales Executive – Field and Office Hybrid
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Experience: 1–4 years
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience Requirements
- 1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, corporate (B2B) sales, or industrial sales.
- Experience in Ethiopia's construction or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Amharic and English.
- Technical aptitude and resilience.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
3. Head of Commercial
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Experience: 3–5 years, including leadership experience
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- A relevant professional qualification or master's degree is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Sales and marketing strategy development.
- Tender management, procurement, and bid documentation.
- Pricing and contract negotiation.
- Leadership, communication, and analytical planning.
- Financial awareness and budget management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM and tender management systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Lead sales and business development activities.
- Oversee tendering and bid preparation.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and business opportunities.
