Position: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, corporate (B2B) sales, or industrial sales. Experience in construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly preferred.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Resilience & Drive: Highly motivated to build new networks and spend significant time in the field.
• Negotiation & Communication: Strong presentation and relationship‑building skills in both Amharic and English.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and discuss basic electromechanical concepts with technical clients.
• Organization: Ability to balance a busy field schedule with timely office follow‑ups and reporting.
