Position 1: Frisker

  • Employment Type: Full‑time
  • Job Location: Adama Branch, Ethiopia

Responsibilities

  • Conduct frisking and security checks at branch premises
  • Ensure safety of staff and customers
  • Report security concerns to supervisors

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Grade 10 or Grade 8 complete
  • Work Experience: Not required; 2 years of relevant experience is advantageous
  • Technical Skills: Basic security awareness
  • Soft Skills: Alertness, communication skills

Position 2: Security Guard

  • Employment Type: Full‑time
  • Job Location: Adama Branch, Ethiopia

Responsibilities

  • Guard bank premises and assets
  • Monitor entry and exit points
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Grade 8 complete with military training
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Technical Skills: Security and safety procedures
  • Soft Skills: Discipline, vigilance

Position 3: Company Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors
  • Draft and manage official communications
  • Maintain records and documentation for board meetings
  • Support executive management in administrative tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Foreign Language and Literature, Management, or related fields
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 9 years as Board Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in banking or microfinance institutions
  • Technical Skills: Communication and documentation proficiency
  • Soft Skills: Organizational ability, professionalism
