  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 3 years general work experience, including 1 year as Internal Controller, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent in banking
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Duty Station: Dedo Branch (Jimma District)

2️⃣ Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
  • Experience: 3 years general work experience, including 1 year as Internal Controller, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent in banking
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Duty Station: Omo Nada, Beshasha, Mizan, Botor, Sigimo, Halu, Nedhi Gibe, Tepi & Mufti Goma Branches

3️⃣ Manager Banking Operation Management I

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
  • Experience: 3–4 years general work experience, including 1 year as Senior Internal Controller I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I, or equivalent in banking
  • Job Grade: X
  • Duty Station: Mizan, Bure & Aba Buna Branches

4️⃣ Manager Banking Operation Management II

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
  • Experience: 4–5 years general work experience, including 1 year as MBOM I or equivalent in banking
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Duty Station: Chora & Aba Jifar Branches

5️⃣ Manager, Banking Operation

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
  • Experience: 7–8 years general work experience, including 2 years as BM I or equivalent in banking
  • Job Grade: XIII

6️⃣ Branch Manager

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
  • Experience: 4–5 years general work experience, including 1 year as MBOM I or equivalent in banking
