Siket Bank S.C is preparing to launch full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until then, the Bank continues to provide microfinance services, which will remain integrated alongside its new banking operations.

1. Junior Customer Service Officer
   • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking (mandatory)
   • Competencies: Integrity, communication skills, banking operations knowledge, cash management, teamwork & collaboration
   • Quantity: 6 positions
   • Workplace: Jimma, Harar, Bahir Dar, Hawassa, Addis Ababa
2. Customer Service Officer
   • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking as Junior Customer Service Officer or higher (mandatory)
   • Competencies: Integrity, communication skills, banking operations knowledge, customer satisfaction, teamwork & collaboration
   • Quantity: 15 positions

3. Cashier
   • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking (mandatory)
