Position: Software Training Facilitator Intern
Purpose
The intern will serve as a vital bridge between the software engineering team and clients, providing on‑site training, support, and troubleshooting during system deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Training: Prepare user guides, manuals, and system procedures; train end‑users.
- On‑Site & Remote Support: Provide face‑to‑face and remote assistance, gather feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
- Deployment & Setup: Support system rollouts, assist with configuration and setup at client sites.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, document bugs, and improve workflows.
- Collaboration & Demos: Work with development teams and assist in client demos.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Active university students are welcome to apply (degree not required).
- Skills: Strong technical background, communication skills, ability to train and support users.
