Position: Software Engineer Intern

Purpose

The Software Engineer Intern will join Tibeb’s development pipeline, contributing to real‑world applications while learning collaborative coding practices and modern software engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Development: Write simple code for responsive web pages and basic backend APIs.
• Modular Coding: Learn to break applications into reusable components.
• Database Basics: Write basic SQL queries and understand database structures.
• Collaborative Coding: Work in shared codebases using Git.
• Bug Fixing: Assist in identifying and fixing bugs, and testing APIs.

Qualifications

• Education: Active student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT (degree not required).
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Basic problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
  • Interest in UI/UX and web layouts.
  • Team player with eagerness to learn collaborative workflows.
• Preferred: GitHub portfolio with at least 3 personal projects.
