Job Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant will support the accounting and finance team with routine financial transactions, recordkeeping, account reconciliation, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process supplier invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare payments.
- Issue client invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Maintain organized financial records, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile basic balance sheet accounts.
- Review credit card statements and petty cash expenses against receipts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Support documentation preparation for audits and tax-related tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
- Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.

Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting software.
