Open Positions

  1. Junior Accountant
    • Number of Positions: 3
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Management/Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Fresh graduates (Classes of 2024–2026) or up to 2 years’ experience.
    • GPA Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
      • Prepare invoices, payments, and receipts.
      • Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
      • Support sales team with financial documentation.
    • Skills Required: Analytical ability, attention to detail, problem‑solving, communication, and proficiency in accounting software.
    • Language Proficiency: Afan Oromo (mandatory), Amharic, and English.
  2. Junior Supervisor
    • Number of Positions: 3
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: Fresh graduates (Classes of 2024–2026) or up to 2 years’ experience.
    • GPA Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
      • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training.
      • Assist in executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
      • Prepare operational reports and analyze sales data.
    • Skills Required: Leadership, decision‑making, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
    • Language Proficiency: Afan Oromo (mandatory), Amharic, and English.
