  1. Premium Branch Manager
    • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: 10 years, including 4 years as Branch Manager.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  2. Branch Manager III
    • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years, including 1 year as Branch Manager.
    • Duty Stations: Addis Ababa (4 positions), Adama (1 position).
  3. Senior Underwriting Officer
    • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: 5 years, including 2 years as Underwriting Officer II.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  4. Underwriting Officer II
    • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: 3 years, including 1 year as Underwriting Officer I.
    • Duty Stations: Addis Ababa (5 positions), Adama (1 position).
  5. Underwriting Officer I
    • Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: 2 years in the insurance industry.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  6. Secretary Cashier
    • Qualification: BA/BSc Degree or College Diploma in Accounting with COC pass.
    • Experience: 2–4 years as Cashier.
    • Duty Stations: Addis Ababa (5 positions), Adama (1 position).
