Standard Insurance Share Company is a newly established insurance provider in Ethiopia, backed by Awach SACCO. The company was founded to address dissatisfaction with existing insurers and aims to bring innovation and improved service quality to a market long dominated by conventional players.

Available Positions

1️⃣ Secretary Cashier (4 positions)

  • Education: College Diploma in Accounting with COC pass.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years as Cashier.
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: Attractive, as per company scale.

2️⃣ Underwriting Officer II (4 positions)

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Underwriting Officer I.
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: Attractive, as per company scale.

3️⃣ Claims Officer II (2 positions)

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years, including at least 1 year as Claims Officer I.
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Location: Addis Ababa

4️⃣ Senior Risk & Compliance Management Officer (1 position)

  • Education: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Risk, Audit, Finance, or Operations, including 2+ years as Risk & Compliance Officer II.
  • Employment: Permanent

5️⃣ Branch Manager III (4 positions)

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years, including at least 1 year as Branch Manager.

6️⃣ Premium Branch Manager (1 position)
