Open Position: Supply Chain Intern

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Recent graduate or final year student in Procurement & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or Information Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking).
    • Familiarity with digital filing systems.
    • Strong written and spoken skills in Amharic and English.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Review and verify procurement attachments in Integra for compliance with thresholds and methods.
    • Audit Box folders for accuracy, naming consistency, and link management.
    • Identify and flag missing or incomplete documentation (signatures, bid summaries, RFQs, BEPs).
    • Maintain a Master Procurement Index mapping physical files to digital records.
    • Conduct weekly spot checks to evaluate procurement compliance.
    • Assist in SOP implementation for new procurement requests.
    • Track compliance rates across departments and field offices.
    • Update and verify Vendor Master File documentation.
    • Prepare “Audit Ready” folders for internal/external reviews.
    • Suggest process improvements for digital filing and automation.
