Open Position: Supply Chain Intern
- Educational Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final year student in Procurement & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or Information Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking).
- Familiarity with digital filing systems.
- Strong written and spoken skills in Amharic and English.
- Responsibilities:
- Review and verify procurement attachments in Integra for compliance with thresholds and methods.
- Audit Box folders for accuracy, naming consistency, and link management.
- Identify and flag missing or incomplete documentation (signatures, bid summaries, RFQs, BEPs).
- Maintain a Master Procurement Index mapping physical files to digital records.
- Conduct weekly spot checks to evaluate procurement compliance.
- Assist in SOP implementation for new procurement requests.
- Track compliance rates across departments and field offices.
- Update and verify Vendor Master File documentation.
- Prepare “Audit Ready” folders for internal/external reviews.
- Suggest process improvements for digital filing and automation.
