PANTX Trading PLC Vacancy 2026 – Technical Sales
PANTX Trading PLC is hiring Technical Sales professionals in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The position focuses on promoting and selling construction materials, developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting sales of waterproofing, construction chemical, epoxy, and building materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell construction materials to customers and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and markets.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials and waterproofing products.
- Strong knowledge of building and finishing materials.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing, construction chemicals, and epoxy systems may be considered in place of the stated sales experience.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand other people's perspectives.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Accounting knowledge.
Salary and Commission
- Monthly salary: ETB 9,000–13,000.
- Salary may depend on the applicant’s ability and persuasion skills demonstrated during the interview.
- Commission is applicable for relevant sales.
