The Role: What You'll Actually Do
You will be the voice of our clients — music technology brands selling speakers, headphones, mixers, and streaming services. Your job is to:
* Answer inbound voice calls from customers who need help with their audio products
* Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., "My Bluetooth won't pair" or "No sound from left speaker")
* Identify opportunities to upsell accessories, warranties, or premium subscriptions
* Document every interaction in our CRM (Zendesk/Salesforce)
* Collaborate with your team lead when you need help solving complex issues
Work Schedule (USA Hours)
Why USA hours? You will be supporting customers in the United States during their business hours.
Typical Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Ethiopia Time (matches 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Eastern Time).
Weekend Requirement: Must work Saturdays and Sundays (USA weekends). You will get two weekdays off instead.
Training Period (First 2 weeks): Flexible daytime hours for training sessions
Shift Notice: Your schedule is provided 2 weeks in advance. No last-minute surprises.
Weekend work is compensated fairly. You are not expected to work more than 40 hours/week.
✅What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
6+ months voice customer support experience (call center, BPO, or any phone-based role)
Excellent spoken English — clear, friendly, and professional (no heavy accent barrier)
Computer literacy— you can type fast, navigate CRMs, and learn new software quickly
Problem-solving mindset — you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working
Reliable internet & quiet workspace — 20 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum
Passion for music, audio gear, or streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal)
Sales or retail experience — you know how to recommend products naturally
Basic understanding of audio hardware (speakers, headphones, amplifiers, mixers)
Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce

Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps down / 15 Mbps up)
