Open Positions

1. Junior Customer Service Officer – Addis Ababa, Butajira, Hawassa, Jigjiga, Wolkite
   • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
   • Responsibilities: Deliver frontline customer service, handle transactions, promote banking products, ensure compliance.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Jigjiga Branch
   • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking, with at least 2 years as Customer Service Officer.
   • Responsibilities: Supervise junior staff, handle complex customer inquiries, promote products, ensure compliance.
3. Network Engineer – Head Office (Addis Ababa)
   • Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years as Junior Network Engineer.
   • Responsibilities: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, support IT operations, implement upgrades.
4. Senior Network Engineer – Head Office (Addis Ababa)
   • Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 4 years, with at least 2 years as Network Engineer.
   • Responsibilities: Lead network operations, ensure secure connectivity, supervise IT staff, manage advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.
