Position: Telemarketing & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers by phone and present products professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Handle objections and concerns effectively
• Follow up with prospects to close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence in speaking with strangers
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written communication
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven
