Position: Junior Life Claim Officer
Role Summary
The Junior Life Claim Officer supports the life insurance claims process by reviewing, verifying, and coordinating claim documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim settlement.
Key Responsibilities

Claims Assessment & Administration: Receive, register, and review claims; assess based on policy terms; maintain accurate records.

Medical & Document Verification: Verify medical reports, death certificates, and legal documents; liaise with hospitals and institutions.

Claims Processing & Follow‑Up: Ensure timely processing; follow up on pending requirements; prepare claim summaries.

Client Service & Communication: Communicate claim status; provide guidance; handle sensitive cases professionally.

Fraud Detection & Compliance: Identify suspicious claims; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Coordination & Support: Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and legal teams; support senior officers in investigations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: BSc in Nursing, Public Health, or Health Officer (HO).

Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Licensing: Must have passed the National Exit Exam and hold a valid professional license.
