Three Y Flexible Packaging PLC is a flexible packaging factory established on September 25, 2004 E.C. The company is located in Nifas Silk Lafto, behind Kadisco Building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Available Job Positions
1. Junior Electrician
Location: Addis Ababa
Education and Experience
- Diploma/Level IV or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings is an advantage.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work under supervision in a manufacturing environment.
Salary: Negotiable
2. Quality Inspector
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
- B.Sc. or B.A. in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality control.
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Salary: Negotiable
3. Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in internal auditing.
- Good analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Data analysis and reporting.
Additional Advantage
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
