  1. Liaison Officer / αŒ‰α‹³α‹­ αŠ αˆ΅αˆαƒαˆš
    • Education: Diploma in Management or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Additional: Legal motor bicycle license preferable.
  2. Cleaner & Messenger
    • Education: Grade 8 complete.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. Executive Secretary
    • Education: College Diploma OR BA Degree in Secretarial Science, IT, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (Diploma) OR 4 years (BA).
  4. Internal Audit Senior Officer
    • Education: Diploma, BA, or MA in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (Diploma), 4 years (BA), OR 2 years (MA).
    • Additional: Audit report writing experience mandatory.
  5. Marketing & Business Development Senior Officer
    • Education: BA or MA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BA) OR 4 years (MA) in Microfinance, Banking, or related positions.
  6. Risk & Compliance Division Manager
    • Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Law, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BA) OR 4 years (MA) in Microfinance, Banking, or related positions.
  7. MIS Division Manager
    • Education: BSc or MSc in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BSc) OR 4 years (MSc) in Microfinance, Banking, or related positions.
  8. Internal Audit Division Manager
    • Education: BA or MA in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BA) OR 4 years (MA) in Microfinance or Banking services.
  9. HR & Administration Division Manager
    • Education: BA or MA in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BA) OR 4 years (MA) in Microfinance or Banking services.
  10. Finance & Accounts Director
    • Education: BA or MA in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 years (BA) OR 4 years (MA) at Senior level or above.
    • Additional: IFRS training and experience required.
