TradeEthiopia is a leading online B2B marketplace connecting farmers, suppliers, and buyers locally and internationally. Our platform enables businesses to find potential buyers and suppliers at fair prices—without the need to travel to physical marketplaces.
Through TradeEthiopia Business TV & Radio, we also create innovative, business-focused content, including podcasts, promotional videos, and shows.
Position: Sales Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Deadline: September 13, 2025
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).

Strong knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English (other local/international languages are a plus).

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Recruit, train, and support sales staff.

Promote company products to potential customers via calls and presentations.

Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.

Maintain sales records, appointments, and complaint logs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to reach target audiences.

Provide feedback for product improvements.

Conduct competitor analysis to guide product development.
