Transsion Manufacturing Plc was established through the merger of Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno mobile phones, and Junjie Lui, manufacturer of accessories. The company operates inside the Ethio ICT Village near Bole Lemi Industrial Park and is a leading player in Ethiopia’s mobile phone industry.

Role: Sales Promoter

The Sales Promoter will strengthen Transsion’s market presence by promoting mobile phone products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for the mobile phone industry
• Strong sales and customer service orientation

Physical & Professional Requirements

• Minimum of high school education or TVET
• Age: 25 years or below
• Energetic, proactive, and well‑presented
• Excellent interpersonal and selling skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, summarize, and report data from retailers and wholesalers
• Ensure product availability in market areas by monitoring retail stores
• Develop new markets and expand the customer base
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report promptly
• Achieve sales goals in assigned areas
• Collaborate with the team on sales promotion activities
• Investigate and analyze competitors’ activities
