About Transsion Manufacturing PLC

Transsion Manufacturing PLC is recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Officer to support its daily logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics, transportation, and delivery coordination.
• Support the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipment records, and other logistics documents.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
• Update records of incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Support import and export activities, including customs clearance documentation when required.
• Help identify and resolve delivery delays and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company logistics procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
