Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

2. Junior Customer Service Officer

Duty Station: Shashemene

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.

3. Customer Service Officer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

4. Junior Customer Service Officer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.

5. Senior Interest Free Banking Officer

Duty Station: Head Office

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of service as an Interest Free Banking Officer.

6. Interest Free Banking Officer

Duty Station: Head Office

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Interest Free Banking Officer.
