Work Location: Head Office
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in any of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Other related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center service, customer service, quality assurance, or related areas.
2. Brand and Promotion Officer (Re-advertised)
Work Location: Head Office
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in any of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Other related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Brand and Promotion Officer.
3. Senior Customer Service Officer I (Re-advertised)
Work Location: Shashemene
Educational Qualification
BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in any of the following fields:
- Accounting and Finance
- Banking and Finance
- Management
- Marketing Management
- Other related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer.
