About Tsehay Insurance S.C

Tsehay Insurance S.C (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012 by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and reputable business organizations. The company is registered under the National Bank of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 86/1994, License No. 017/12).

TISc began operations with a subscribed capital of 45 million ETB and a paid‑up capital of 11,480,000 ETB, significantly above the regulatory minimum at the time. The company initially operated three branches in Addis Ababa and continues to expand its services across Ethiopia.

1. Auditor II

• Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Location: Head Office
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

2. Engineer II

• Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, or construction projects
• Additional Requirement: Certification in Asset Valuation
• Location: Head Office
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

3. Senior Auditor

• Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
• Experience: Minimum 4 years
• Location: Head Office
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

4. Legal Officer I

• Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Additional Requirement: Ability to speak Afan Oromo is preferable
• Location: Head Office

5. Accountant III

• Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
