Open Positions

1. Junior Underwriting / Junior Claims Officer

• Education: BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• GPA: 2.5 and above
• Graduation Year: 2022–2025
• Requirements: 8th, 10th & 12th grade national exam results; minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Junior Accountant

• Education: BA in Accounting & Finance
• GPA: 3.0 and above
• Graduation Year: 2025
• Experience: None required
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Cashier

• Education: Diploma in Accounting or Banking & Insurance, with COC Certificate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Programmer I

• Education: BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification experience
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

5. Programmer II

• Education: BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

6. Senior Programmer

• Education: BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant post-qualification experience
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
