1️⃣ Junior Underwriting / Junior Claims Officer

Education: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven post‑qualification experience.

Additional Requirements: GPA 2.5+, 2022–2025 graduate, national exam results (8th, 10th, 12th).

Skills: Excellent communication, English proficiency, computer skills.

2️⃣ Grade 4 Branch Manager

Education: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of insurance experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles or 3 years as Senior Officer.

Skills: Insurance product knowledge, marketing & selling skills, team building, communication, analytical skills, English proficiency, computer skills.

Advantage: CII certification.

3️⃣ Grade 3 Branch Manager

Education: BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 8 years (BA/BSc) or 7 years (MA/MSc) of insurance experience, including 2 years as Grade 4 City Branch Manager or Grade 3 Upcountry Branch Manager.
