Available Positions

1. Customer Service Officer

Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robi, Harar, and Jijiga

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a customer-service-oriented organization.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.

2. Cashier

Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robi, Harar, and Jijiga

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, teller operations, or branch operations.

3. Customer Service Supervisor

Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robi, Harar, and Jijiga

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, cashier or teller operations, branch operations, or a related function.

4. Senior Credit Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit, portfolio management, banking, or microfinance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a credit officer, portfolio management, or supervisory role.

5. Chief/Senior Secretary

Location: Addis Ababa

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma, TVET qualification, or degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience.

6. Branch Manager

Locations: Addis Ababa, Wolayta, Dire Dawa, Adama, Shewa Robi, Harar, and Jijiga

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Required Work Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related institution.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably as a Branch Manager, Branch Supervisor, Senior Credit Officer, or in an equivalent role.
