Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.
- Interact with guests and identify ways to support a positive dining experience.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials and provide accurate information to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Deliver completed food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked food service station.
- Follow applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness requirements.
- Maintain professional standards when interacting with guests and team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or higher in Food & Beverage Service.
- Excellent language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong service-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter in an international-brand hotel or hotels.
