1. Receptionist

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in front-desk or customer service roles.

Job Purpose:

  • Manage daily attendance records of gym members and staff.
  • Assist the supervisor with class scheduling.
  • Support trainers and instructors to maintain smooth daily operations and a safe, organized fitness environment.

2. Utilities Attendant (NS)

Directorate: Engineering & Facility Management

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • Diploma or equivalent diploma-level qualification.

Experience:

  • Two years of relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:

  • Operate and monitor generator sets, mains power supply, domestic water supply, and HVAC systems.
  • Help ensure the availability and functionality of utility systems.
  • Manage fuel supplies and report maintenance issues.
  • Support other facility operations as assigned.

3. Driver II (NS)

Directorate: Property Administration and Facilities Management

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • Completion of secondary school education.
  • Appropriate driving licence.

Experience:

  • Two years of relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:

  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for employees and materials.
  • Maintain vehicles and comply with applicable safety standards.

4. Parking and Access Controller (NES)

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • TVET qualification or diploma in Security Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in security operations or parking management.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to operate electronic access control systems.
  • Basic computer application skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-traffic situations.

5. Branch Manager IV (NS)

Location: Bale-Robe Branch

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

  • One year of experience as Business Manager III or relevant experience.

Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that branch banking operations comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable regulations.

6. Advisor to the CEO (Chief Officer Level) (NES)

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Banking, or a related discipline.

Experience and Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least five years in senior management, strategic, advisory, business leadership, or equivalent senior professional roles in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in executive-level analysis, strategic planning, business performance, and organizational issues.
  • Experience preparing decision materials for senior management or the Board.

7. Advisor to the CEO (Deputy CEO Level) (NES)

Location: Head Office

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Banking, or a related discipline.

Experience and Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least five years in senior management, strategic, advisory, business leadership, or equivalent senior professional roles in banking or financial services.
