Position: Branch Manager IV

Job Purpose

To ensure that the overall banking operations of the branch are performed in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, while driving growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and resource mobilization.
