1. Senior Organizational Development Officer
Location: Head Office
Department: IT Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year as Organizational Development Officer‑I or in a related position
Role Purpose:
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and design organizational development interventions to enhance overall bank performance.

2. Principal HR Business Partner
Location: Head Office
Department: IT Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year as Senior HR Business Partner or in a related position
Role Purpose:
- Manage HR activities for district offices and branches, ensuring recruitment and retention of qualified staff in line with the bank’s human capital strategy.

3. Manager, Digital Banking Audit
Location: Head Office
Department: IT Department
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 6/8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in Manager, Principal, or equivalent positions
Role Purpose:
- Ensure compliance of digital banking operations with policies, procedures, and regulations, and strengthen internal control systems.

4. Manager, Asset and Liability Management
Location: Head Office
Department: IT Department
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, BCom, Statistics, Financial Modelling, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
Experience:
- 6/10 years of relevant experience in balance sheet or investment management
Skills:
- Strong understanding of money market instruments (cash, bonds, repos, derivatives)
- Ability to analyze market data and manage liquidity, interest rate risk, and exchange rate exposure
Role Purpose:
- Oversee the bank’s portfolio, funding, and liquidity management, ensuring optimal net interest income and capital protection.
