1. Branch Operation Manager III (NES)

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Branch Operation Manager IV or equivalent.

Purpose of the Job

The Branch Operation Manager III is responsible for overseeing daily branch cash operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulations, and supporting quality customer service.

The role includes managing cash balances, authorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, supervising operational activities, promoting bank products, addressing customer needs, and supporting a productive work environment for branch staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cash operations and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage cash balances and authorize transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Supervise branch operational activities.
  • Support customer service and address customer needs.
  • Promote bank products.
  • Foster a productive work environment for branch staff.

2. Branch Manager IV (NS)

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent.

Purpose of the Job

The Branch Manager IV is responsible for ensuring that the overall banking operations of the branch are performed in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

  • Ensure that overall branch banking operations are performed according to the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other pertinent regulations.
