💼 Position: Tsehai Child Development Intern

🎓 Strong Priority Profile

Whiz Kids Workshop gives priority to candidates with:

  • Degree in Teaching, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education/Development, or related fields
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher
  • Excellent written communication in Amharic and English
  • Functional Amharic typing and editing skills (tested early in selection)
  • Strong interest in supporting caregivers and families with young children
  • Willingness to participate in supervised family/community support activities
  • Openness to testing Tsehai tools, trainings, and products with real users

  • Reviewing real learner evidence (video, audio, written) against clear standards
  • Distinguishing observable facts from assumptions

  • Communicating professionally with learners, caregivers, and families
