- One (1) year of experience in Database Administration or related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

2. Network Administrator
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- One (1) year of experience in Network Administration or related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

3. System Administrator
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- One (1) year of experience in System Administration in Core Banking System (CBS)-related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

4. Agency Service Supervisor
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience in telecom services, telecom agency operations, or related positions.

5. IT Support Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in related jobs in the banking or microfinance sector.

6. Light Vehicle Mechanic (የቀላል መኪና መካኒክ)
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma/Level IV qualification in Automotive Mechanics or Automotive Technology.
Work Experience:
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a large organization in a similar position.
- Must have experience working on electric vehicles.

7. Director – Finance & Accounts
Educational Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Five (5) years for MA holders or seven (7) years for BA holders of relevant banking or microfinance work experience.
- Three (3) years of experience must be in a senior or managerial position.

8. Director – Microinsurance
Educational Qualification:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Five (5) years for MA holders or seven (7) years for BA holders of relevant banking or microfinance work experience.
- Three (3) years of experience must be in a senior or managerial position.
