Available Positions

1. Host & Sales Executive – Automotive

The Host & Sales Executive will support automotive marketing through video hosting, content creation, customer engagement, and product presentation.

Requirements

Host & Content Creation

• Experience in video hosting, live streaming, or presenting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Previous hosting or promotional experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
• Video presentation and camera confidence.
• Content creation and basic video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Experience with live streaming and online customer engagement.

Sales & Communication

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Confidence presenting automotive products to audiences online and offline.
• Previous sales employment is not mandatory; sales experience is an advantage.

Computer Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email.

Automotive Knowledge

• Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and electric vehicles (EVs).
• Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance processes is an advantage.

Languages

• Amharic — required.
• English — required.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cameraman and Video Editor.
• Portfolio or showreel is required.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and sound capture.
• Strong understanding of camera movement, framing, lighting, and sound recording.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cameras, video equipment, lighting, and audio recording devices.
• Plan, shoot, and direct commercial videos, vehicle showcases, walkthroughs, and corporate highlights.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location and in studio.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Perform color grading, basic motion graphics, and audio mixing.
• Post-produce video content, including editing, audio mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Format and optimize videos for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Create short-form videos tailored to social media platforms.
