1. Junior IT Application Support Engineer

Education

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required.

Preferred Knowledge

• Flexcube core banking systems, including:
  • IBD (OBPM, LC, BC, etc.)
  • Financing
  • PDM
  • Retail Teller
  • Flexcube Origination
  • Parameterization and Customization
• BI report development.
• Database management systems.
• SQL queries.
• Linux operating systems.

2. Network Administrator II

Education

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirement

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable.

3. Application Management Officer I

Education

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

4. Data Analytics Officer I

Education

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another related analytical discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical environment.

Technical Requirements

• Practical experience in:
  • Data analytics
  • Dashboard development
  • Business intelligence reporting
  • Data modeling
  • ETL principles
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Expertise in Power BI, including:
  • Data modeling
  • Report and dashboard development
  • Administration
• Experience with analytical or query tools such as Python, R, or Alteryx is an additional skill.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with automation technologies such as Power Automate, Python scripting, or RPA tools is an advantage.

Education

• BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, IT risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or a related area.

Required Knowledge

• Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) principles.
• Risk assessment.
• Compliance and security controls.
• ISO 27001.
• NIST.
• PCI DSS.
• COBIT.

6. SOC Analyst I

Full Title: SOC (Security Operation Center) Analyst I

Education

• BSc degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant IT/cybersecurity experience.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 24/7 Security Operations Center monitoring.
• SIEM.
• EDR/XDR.
• Network security.
• Security logs.
• Alert triage.
• Common cyber threats.
• Incident escalation.
• IOC/IOA.
• Basic MITRE ATT&CK.

7. Senior Application Management Officer

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience.

• Cheque Point.
• SWIFT.
• Oracle Database.
• SQL queries.
• Related technologies.

8. Network Administrator I

Education

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
